Tight schedule? Like to exercise in an unstructured setting?  Located inside the Sevierville Community Center, the Fitness Center has the answer, including a variety of cardio equipment including tread mills, bikes, weights, and upgraded air conditioning. In 2004, the Fitness Center was moved to the 2nd floor and is now more than double the size of the previous area, creating much more space for aerobics, weightlifting, exercise bikes, and more!

NEW CLASS - Out of Bounds Circuit

This fast-paced circuit style class will take you out of your comfort zone and beyond your limits! Using a variety of functional training equipment, this high energy class will get your heart racing, your legs burning, arms pumping and leave your core screaming! Embrace high-intensity as your push yourself Out of Bounds!!

*Aerobic Weight Training Class-3 months for $46.00 or $3.50 per class.
*45 minute and Senior Classes are $2.00 per class or $20.00 for a 12 class pass.
*All passes must be used within 8 weeks. Expiration dates are noted on pass.

Aerobic Weight TrainingWhat if there was a program that improved your cardiovascular system, burned calories, toned muscles, and improved your strength and flexibility in less than an hour? Aerobic Weight Training is the ultimate exercise program.  Aerobic Weight Training classes are held Tuesday & Thursdays from 8:30am-9:30am. Please note that  before beginning this class, you must have a fitness overview.  Call 865-453-5441 for more information.

Fitness Assessment: What is your fitness level? This assessment includes tests for cardiovascular endurance, body fat, strength, resting heart rate, and resting blood pressure. Call 453-5441 for an appointment.

Self-Directed Fitness Program: Need incentive? Here it is. In the Self-Directed Fitness Program, you earn points while exercising. After points reach set levels, you get free swimming, bowling, aerobics, and racquetball passes. It’s fun and free!
